In Health, grade one students learn how to stay safe in the various seasons. We brainstormed winter safety tips together and used the KidPix program to represent our ideas.

Dear Room 8, You have some very smart ideas about staying safe in wintertime. I liked that you remembered to wear a helmet when skating. I also think it is important to tell kids to not put their tongue on metal! (some kids don't know that, and it hurts!) I think the one about eating yellow snow is kind of funny.
