Fall Celebration

Room 8 celebrated the first day of fall!  Stories were read, fall patterns were created in math and the children learned how to do leaf rubbings. Mrs. Turner told the students a story about the fairy who placed a star inside each apple. After that, we had a fall taste test and tried four different types of apples and rated them. Yum!! Finally, we went outside with our Gr. 4/5 buddies and collected items from nature to make beautiful collages and had a little play. Wishing you all a happy fall!
