Today we had our Puff Party. Each day at Daily 5, we earned puffs for starting right away, doing our work and working quietly. When the jar filled with puffs, we got our Puff Party.
We played Put the puff on the polar bear.
Then we jumped up and down and wiggled around.
We had a snack!
What a fun Puff Party! Great work Grade 1s.

Pretty sure their young minds are beginning to understand that it pays to work hard because after hard-work comes success, then joy.
